At SaqabLife, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect and pack all products before shipping. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions mentioned below.
All products include a 3-day checking warranty starting from the date of delivery.
Refunds
Refunds are applicable only if the product has a manufacturing defect or functional issue.
Physically broken or damaged items are not refundable, unless the damage occurred during delivery and is proven with video evidence.
A clear parcel opening/unboxing video is mandatory for any refund claim.
Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed.
Refund processing may take 4–5 working days after approval.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please allow 4–5 working days for processing.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as mutually agreed.
If the delay continues beyond the stated time, you may contact our support team for assistance.
Sale items
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable, unless they arrive defective or damaged during delivery.
Sale items are covered under the same 3-day checking warranty.
Claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for defective or faulty products.
The request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
No exchange will be processed without parcel opening video proof.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
